She gained wider recognition for her performance in the drama *Beyond the Clouds* (2017) and appeared in *The Great Father* (2017). Mohanan made her Tamil cinema debut in *Petta* (2019), followed by leading roles in *Master* (2021) and *Maaran* (2022). Her subsequent releases include the romantic drama *Christy* (2023), the historical action feature *Thangalaan* (2024), and the action film *Yudhra* (2024).
